The wild woman whose instinct, wisdom and power is fully embodied. The playful, curious spark, that has always been within you from the time that you were born.

Together, we will honour and integrate both your inner child and wise one within. Gathering in community to move, breathe, walk the forest paths, sit by the fire and be held in deeply loving and intentional space.

A Sacred Weaving of Movement, Breathwork & Ancestral Connection in collaboration with Marissa Rignola.

You will be held by two Shamanic Healers in this deeply sacred online container to honour Beltane and empower our ancestral lineage. The goal is to develop a deeper connection to your ancestors and reclaim the medicine you carry.

Throughout the evening you will be guided through a gentle movement practice leading into a conscious connected breathwork ceremony with energetic healing. We will also make space to receive channeled messages from Spirit that continue to support you and surround you with the love of your ancestors beyond the veil.

Beneath the surface of the New Moon, the waters grow still. This is a time to rest deeply, flow inward and return to yourself.

Join Jennifer for an intimate 90 minute ceremony weaving restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra meditation and a gentle water ritual. Through supported postures, breath and deep meditative rest, you’ll soften tension, calm your nervous system and dissolve any emotional weight you might be carrying.

This isn’t just a class, it’s a sacred pause. A moment to let your body and spirit return to stillness while overlooking the calming waters of the Nith River.

Held in the sacred stillness of the Little Stone Chapel, Fire & Flow is a 2 hour ceremonial experience inviting you to surrender, flow and return to your light.

Taking place alongside the first Full Moon of the astrological year, this ritual invites joy, self-expression, heart-led embodiment and a gentle release to awaken your inner fire while remaining deeply supported.

We begin in an opening circle with water drum and prayer, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to feel safe to open. From there, we move into intuitive movement, starting with slow, grounding stretches similar to gentle yoga, and gradually unfolding into free-flowing, expressive movement and dance. While this portion may feel expansive and liberating like an ecstatic dance, it is held as a ceremonial movement practice, guided by intention and presence. 

The evening closes with a 30-minute guided meditation, where you’ll connect with the light and vitality you’ve stirred within. During this you will receive Holy Fire® Reiki with sound bowl healing from Brittany Schmidt to anchor the experience into your body and heart supporting deep energetic integration. Throughout the evening, empowering channeled messages will also be shared to support your expansion.

This ceremony is intentionally limited in size to preserve spaciousness, comfort and a sense of safety while moving. Allowing you the freedom to explore your expression. The goal is to leave feeling lighter, freer, more expansive and joyfully embodied. Rooted in your open heart and softly illuminated from within.
