Held in the sacred stillness of the Little Stone Chapel, Fire & Flow is a 2 hour ceremonial experience inviting you to surrender, flow and return to your light.

Taking place alongside the energy of the Leo Full Moon, this ritual invites joy, self-expression, heart-led embodiment and a gentle release to awaken your inner fire while remaining deeply supported.

We begin in an opening circle with water drum and prayer, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to feel safe to open. From there, we move into intuitive movement, starting with slow, grounding stretches similar to gentle yoga, and gradually unfolding into free-flowing, expressive movement and dance. While this portion may feel expansive and liberating like an ecstatic dance, it is held as a ceremonial movement practice, guided by intention and presence. 

The evening closes with a 30-minute guided meditation, where you’ll connect with the light and vitality you’ve stirred within. During this you will receive Holy Fire® Reiki with sound bowl healing from Brittany Schmidt to anchor the experience into your body and heart supporting deep energetic integration. Throughout the evening, empowering channeled messages will also be shared to support your expansion.

This ceremony is intentionally limited in size to preserve spaciousness, comfort and a sense of safety while moving. Allowing you the freedom to explore your expression. The goal is to leave feeling lighter, freer, more expansive and joyfully embodied. Rooted in your open heart and softly illuminated from within.
