The heart behind Inner Light

Hello, I’m Jennifer.

For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the spaces between what was and what is becoming. Looking back, I can see that every part of my journey has been preparing me for this work of holding space for life’s sacred thresholds through ceremony, compassion and deep listening.

My path is rooted in a lineage of European folk healing, where the relationship between people, the earth, and spirit was honoured through ritual, intuition and community. It is a profound privilege to carry those threads forward in a way that feels authentic to my own life and the people I serve today.

My own life changed forever after a near-death experience in 2009. That experience became the beginning of a long journey of healing, remembering and reclaiming myself. Along the way, I immersed myself in the study of meditation, yoga, Reiki, mediumship, shamanic practices, somatic healing and spiritual development. More importantly, I experienced what it meant to be lovingly witnessed through my own seasons of transformation.

That experience shapes everything I offer today.

Rather than following a single modality, I work intuitively, weaving together ceremony, ritual, somatic awareness, energy healing, meditation, spirit communication and ancestral wisdom according to what each person needs. No two ceremonies are ever the same because no two journeys are ever the same.

Whether we gather online, in person, or in community, my intention is always the same: to create a grounded, compassionate space where you feel deeply seen, supported and able to move through life’s transitions with greater clarity, connection and trust in yourself.

If our paths have crossed, I believe there is a reason.
