I believe wholeheartedly in Earth based spirituality and nature as medicine. From the elements to the plants Mother Nature provides us with.
While I love to host outdoor ceremonies to honour the seasons and the moons, I also harvest many of my own herbs and trees, as well as use all natural essential oils to support healing. I love intuitively building custom blends for clients to use in meditation and offer free consultations if you are looking to learn more.
